Senior Consultant

  • Extensive experience in the utilities industry is essential
  • Experience within Tier One companies highly desirable

We are seeking astute professionals; particularly those who are confident in the value they contribute, and who have proven senior consultancy experience with various clients within the utilities industry in Victoria/Australia.

The role will have significant autonomy and diversity of projects, and will have both commercial and delivery accountability. The right person will also share in the responsibility to lead and support our team of professionals, locally and nationally. 

Our Senior Consultants understand our client’s business objectives and strategies, can formulate them into Business Cases and implement them to achieve business outcomes. In addition our consultants have an exceptional mix of personal attributes, consulting skills, professional knowledge and business experience in addition to a strong business network.

You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to establish strong stakeholder relationships at all levels within the utilities industry
  • An executive understanding of management economics and performance indicators
  • Sound understanding and experience with project management tools and techniques
  • A customer-oriented view of value
  • Business and technical liaison skills
  • An ability to lead and create organisational focus in (at times) ambiguous environments
  • A desire to add value as part of a team effort
  • Clarity in verbal and written communications
